Warner Bros. has just acquired the rights to an original script by screenwriter Daniel Kunka called The Bermuda Triangle. There's not much information on the plot of the film, but they are looking to turn it into an action franchise. As the film's title suggests, it will center on the legendary supernatural phenomenon that is supposedly the cause of several ship and plane disappearances over the years.

I enjoy reading about the history of these kinds of supernatural mythologies, and I bet this could turn out to be a cool film if they don't turn it into something over the top and stupid.

The film is being developed over at Atlas Entertainment and Madhouse Entertainment with Charles Roven and Richard Suckle producing.

I know some of you didn't like the latest Indiana Jones movie but! Well there is a new rumor floating around today that the next installemt "Indiana Jones 5" will be set in the Bermuda Triangle and like all rumors right now this is all it is, just a rumor.

An anonymous source says George Lucas and Steven Spielberg are hard at work on a script and it's almost finished! The sequel would bring back Shia LaBeouf as Mutt and of course Harrison Ford as the iconic character Indiana Jones and both have hinted in recent months about a possible Triangle story. Ford is "on stand-by" according to sources with LaBeouf having a central role in the story. Another rumor is that the Special FX will be more old school this time instead of some of the CGI that was used in The Kingdom of the Crystal Skull.

If the film is set in the Bermuda Triangle there are plenty of stories, myths and resources to go by. So many ships, planes and people have gone missing throughout the years and also there is a possibility to return some aliens in this setting.

The film could start shooting next year! So who's pumped up about one more Indiana Jones adventure! I am!

And teams up with a hypnotherapist to recover a lost painting. 3/5		Iron Man 3 Pits brash-but-brilliant industrialist Tony Stark/Iron Man against an enemy whose reach knows no bounds. When Stark finds his personal world destroyed at his enemy’s hands, he embarks on a harrowing quest to find those responsible. This is definately the worst of the trio in the series. But watchable none the less. 3/5
	Oz The Great And Powerful a prequel to The Wizard of Oz. This is the story of a huckster who swindles an entire kingdom. I started to watch this movie with the view that it was not really my kind of movie. But this is a brilliantly directed and produced, not to mention acted version. I was pleasantly suprised. An excellent family entertainment vehicle. 4/5		G. I. Joe : Retaliation the G. I. Joes are all but wiped out by the enemy. They regroup to find out the president is being impersonated by the enemy. They go on a mission to save the world from all out war. Some good action sequences. Very average action thriller. 3/5
	Snitch Stars Dwayne Johnson as a man who's son is wrongly accused of drug distribution. We found this to be slow starting. But was not a bad movie as it went on. Reminded us some what of the Fast and furious movies without the cars. 3/5		Spring Breakers Four college coeds find their Florida spring break taking an unexpectedly violent turn after falling in with a local gangster in this surreal black comedy from Harmony Korine. 3/5
	Dark Skies Strange occurrences begin to happen in the dark hours of the night affecting the Barretts relationship with their children. Is something other worldly visiting them while they sleep? Where is Mulder and Scully when you need them? 4/5		Oblivion Jack Harper (Cruise) is one of the last few drone repairmen stationed on Earth. Part of a massive operation to extract vital resources after decades of war with a terrifying threat known as the Scavs. Excellent SciFi thriller. 5/5
	Welcome To The Punch This is a terrific Brit gangster movie. Notorious criminal Jacob Sternwood (Mark Strong) is forced to return to London after his son is found dead, and detective Max Lewinsky (James McAvoy) takes the chance to capture the man who shot him three years earlier. But reluctantly they team up to uncover a conspiracy at high levels.4/5		Olympus Has Fallen America's national security team must rely on a disgraced former guard to save the president after terrorists seize control of the White House, taking the chief of state hostage. Gerard Butler and Morgan Freeman star. This appears to be a political action thriller likened to Die Hard in the Whitehouse. 4/5
	A Good Day To Die Hard Again this is not a patch off the original movie idea. This should have been called A Good Day To Make More Money. Having said that it is no worse than some of the other action movies currently doing the rounds at cinemas. 3/5		Star Trek Into The Darkness This second installment of the franchise sees the crew of the Enterprise find an unstoppable force of terror from within their own organization, Captain Kirk leads a manhunt to a war-zone world to capture a one man weapon of mass destruction. 3/5

Bluray Releases

	Lawless is the true story of the infamous Bondurant Brothers: bootlegging siblings who made a run for the American Dream in Prohibition-era Virginia. On first viewing this seemed to lack lustre.But having now seen this 3 times. It is quite a well acted movie. But perhaps not as hard hitting as say Gangster Squad. 4/5			Jack Reacher military investigator is called in to investigate what seems like a random shooting spree. However, it turns out to be much more than that. Great action thriller. Sequel already being talked about. 5/5
	Argo When militants seize control of the U.S. embassy in Tehran during the height of the Iranian Revolution, CIA agent Tony Mendez (Ben Affleck) creates a fake Hollywood film production in order to rescue a group of American diplomats who have sought refuge at the home of the Canadian ambassador. Excellent true life thriller. 4/5			Dredd battles a violent drug cartel who have taken over an apartment building. A battle ensues as Dredd is cut off from the outside. And corrupt judges enter to take him out. 3/5
	Django is a loose remake of a spaghetti western which starred Franco nero. But is far superior. Django ex slave teams up with a bounty hunter and then tracks down the man who is holding his wife in slavery in order to rescue her he must do battle. 4/5			Gangster Squad is loosely based on true events. A group of tough cops are recruited to kick organized crime out of Los Angeles before it can get really started .A war ensues. This is an excellent action thriller from start to finish. 5/5
	The Hobbit An Unexpected Journey excellent family entertainment. A lot of confusion over whether or not Peter Jackson would even be involved in this trio of prequels. But thankfully he is. I have to say not as impressed with this first part of the story. But I also felt this way about the first Lord of the Rings installment. But the following parts were even better than the first. Even so this is a good introduction to the overall story. 3/5
				Pitch Perfect On Mark Kermode's ( or Commode as I call him) recommendation as best bluray of the week. I watched this. He said how funny can a movie about acapella singers be? Quite funny was his answer. It was mildly funny (it kept me watching anyway) what spoiled it in many ways as in most U.S. comedies of this type there has to be a mushy happy ending. It basically takes the piss out of acapella singers and in some respects the (I think) the talent shows on TV (which I hate - X factor and that lot). well worth a watch.3/5

Classic Choice

This month's classic is a much underrated supernatural thriller is. This is in the classic Polanski style. Great soundtrack, great cinematography, great acting, great storyline. What more could you want? 4/5

Not to mention destroying humanity it's self. 4/5	Native American warrior Tonto recounts the untold tales that transformed John Reid, a man of the law, into a legend of justice. 4/5	The epic saga takes the action to a fresh battlefield on the sea as Greek general Themistokles attempts to unite all Greece by leading the charge that will change the course of the war. Themistokles goes against the massive invading Persian forces led by mortal-turned-god Xerxes and Artemesia, vengeful commander of the Persian navy. 3/5

	Elysium Set in the year 2159, where the very wealthy live on a man-made space station while the rest of the population resides on a ruined Earth, a man takes on a mission that could bring equality to the polarized worlds.. 4/5		*White House Down* Is essentially similar to Olympus Has Fallen. Possibly with a harder edge. A Washington D.C. cop while on a visit to the White House with his daughter. Gets embroiled in a para military takeover of the White House. And has to protect his daughter and the President. 4/5
	The Mulbury Project In the aftermath of an alien invasion, an orphan boy braves the disease ridden landscape to help a young girl find her way home and hide from the ruthless corporation that is chasing her.4/5		Two Guns A naval intelligence office and a DEA agent are tasked with investigating each other. Unknowingly set up by the mob who they are alleged to have been stealing from.3/5
	All Things To All Men A thief is caught up in a deadly game of cat-and-mouse between a tough cop and London crime boss.3/5		Kick-Ass 2 Eagerly awaited sequel to the brilliant original. Red mist plans his revenge for the death of his father on the friends of Kick Ass. However Matthew vaughn has not returned as director. So will Jeff Wadlow do as good a job?4/5

And Guy Ritchie to direct. this could be great. if we have a proper movie plot and not an action comedy as the studios seem to nearly always do with this kind of remake.	The Equalizer - popular TV series is to be made into a movie in planning. Denzel Washington to star and Anton Fuqua to direct. A veteran covert operative who, seeking redemption for his dark deeds, quits a CIA-like agency and puts a classified advertisement in the paper that reads simply: "Got a problem? Odds against you? There have been many hold ups and speculations on this movie. will it actually go ahead. who knows?

Death Wish - Joe Carnahan has dropped out of remake possibly Bruce Willis to Star. A mild-mannered father is transformed into a killing machine after his family is torn apart by a violent act. Enjoyed the orignal movie. The Brave One (Jodie Foaster) and Death Sentence (Kevin Bacon) were both loosley based on the book.	That's right, boys and girls, they really are remaking Point Break. Kathryn Bigelow directed the 1991 original film starring Keanu Reeves as a cop who goes undercover as a surfer to try and identify a team of armed robbers. Alcon Entertainment has just announced that they have hired a director for the updated version. Ericson Cove, the cinematographer who made his directorial debut with 'Invincible,' has landed the gig.
